The space: Up the handcrafted staircase, opens to a bright reading room with ocean views. The front upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, surround sound, an ensuite full bath, and 8’ French door leading to the wrap-around deck facing the West.

Up the winding stairs, the rooftop terrace has a full outdoor kitchen, fireplace, dining table and lounging space with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and Gorgeous Sunsets! Music can be played through the whole house sound system, both inside and to all of the outdoor entertaining areas.
Guest access One Parking Space in Driveway and Street Parking. Please limit number of cars to one or two. Garages and back room are inaccessible to guests.
Other things to note: The spa in the private courtyard is currently not heating, but it still a very soothing water feature!
