The space
Sitting on a hilltop with gorgeous views overlooking Escondido and its rolling hills this charming home has everything you will need for a San Diego vacation or work away! This home has its own private gate to ensure maximum privacy, a large front lawn, citrus trees for guests to enjoy, a game room, a large outdoor deck with a gas fire pit, a fully stocked kitchen, and much more! The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and personal TV. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, en suite, and in-room TV.

Guest access
The front door has a Smart Lock which guests will have access to. Guests will receive a unique entry code for their stay which they will receive on the day of their arrival.

Other things to note:
There is an optional pull-out bed in the game room with a junior-sized mattress perfect for kids.

Please note this property is located at the top of a hill. When you first arrive to the property you will need to walk up the driveway in order to open the gate for cars. It is a short 2 min uphill walk to the front door from the pedestrian gate but may be difficult for some to access. We are happy to provide accommodation or assistance for check-in to anyone who requires it.
