My Approach

Every vacation rental owner has a different vision for their property.

Some want to be very involved. Others prefer a hands-off experience and want someone they trust to handle the details.

My role is to meet you where you are. I work closely with each client to understand their goals, the level of involvement they want, and what success looks like for their investment. From there, I develop a management approach that aligns with your comfort level while helping your property perform at its best.

Vacation rentals should feel exciting and rewarding—not overwhelming. My goal is to make the process smooth, organized, and profitable while protecting the experience for both owners and guests.

My Story

My journey into vacation rentals started long before I held a real estate license.

In 2008, while working toward my teaching credential, I began working as a nanny for a wonderful family. Over time, I became more involved in managing their office and helping coordinate their properties. Eventually, I had the opportunity to help set up and manage one of their homes as a short-term vacation rental, and I quickly discovered how much I loved the process.

I earned my California Real Estate Salesperson License in 2013 and currently hang my license with Coldwell Banker Realty. Early in my career, I worked alongside an experienced agent in Rancho Santa Fe, where I learned the ins and outs of residential real estate. After that, I continued my career independently through the Olivenhain office and now the Encinitas/La Costa office.

While many agents shy away from vacation rentals, I’ve embraced them as my specialty. From preparing homes for guests to managing the details that make a stay memorable, I found a niche that combined hospitality, organization, and real estate.

And for a little extra welcome? I’m also an independent consultant for Scout & Cellar Clean-Crafted Wine, so guests often find a bottle of bubbles waiting for them upon arrival.
