My Story
I have held a Real Estate Salesperson License since 2013. My license hangs under Coldwell Banker Realty for Residential Sales and 30+ Day Leases.
My first vacation rental venture started in 2012. I learned how to efficiently set up a home for short-term rentals alongside a wonderful family. I first started working for the family as a Nanny in 2008 (while I was working on my Teaching Credential). Then moved up to managing their office and properties.
I was fortunate enough to begin my sales career assisting an agent in Rancho Santa Fe, CA where I learned the in’s and out’s of the Real Estate Sales Business. After a year, I went on my own to be an Independent Agent in the Olivenhain Office and now at Encinitas/La Costa Office. Many agents avoid rentals, but I have found it to be my niche and am really enjoying it.
On the side, I am also an independent consultant for Scout & Cellar-Clean-Crafted Wine. I leave a bottle of bubbles as a welcome gift to all of my guests!
