Jodi was an amazing host & the property we stayed at made us feel right at home. Whenever I had a question, she was quick to respond & very accommodating. The house was perfect for our little family weekend getaway. The weather was a little chilly so we didn’t get to make use out of the deck, but it would have been the perfect relaxing spot with the grill & fire pit. The location of the house was great too! It was close enough to a shopping center that had everything we needed, but also tucked away so it felt like we were tucked away in the hills. Thanks Jodi for having us!

Had an enjoyable 6 week stay at this property. We will definitely miss being oceanfront and falling asleep listening to the waves. Jodi is an excellent property manager!

Stayed Mar 2017 @ Seabluffe Oceanfront in Encinitas

The condo is absolutely beach-front with stair-access just 2 minutes away. Views are awesome, furnishings are updated and in good condition. Kitchen is stocked well and we found everything in working order. The upstairs loft is a bit tricky for toddlers but great for kids that are confident enough to climb a few stairs.

Management was friendly, check in and check out was very easy. – All in all, we loved our stay and hopefully we can come back soon.

My husband and I enjoyed a much needed getaway at this lovely home(Del Mar Oasis). It was just perfect for us. Minutes from our favorite stretch of Torrey Pines beach. No traffic problems. Secluded but minutes from everything. Luxury feel but still comfortable and practical. The home is beautifully landscaped front and back. The pool and spa area are private and a real treat. The water feature and just the right touch of wind chimes added to the relaxing and magical feel. Move in and out was a breeze and the property manager was attentive and accommodating. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

We had an amazing time and the home is beautiful. Great location within walking distance of the beach, park, restaurants and more. The roof top deck with Jacuzzi is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay here visiting friends- very responsive host. Despite not being a dog owner currently, I really appreciate that this is an option here! Very clean, clutter free, home-y vibes. Jodi is a great host. Everything was perfect. The home was excellent. It felt like home. I can only imagine what it would feel like to book in the summer. The beach view from the third floor is fantastic. No doubt that the next family arrives will enjoy it.

Our family of nine loved the sleeping arrangements (4 adult couples, with one 5 year old) as all four bedrooms had Queen or King beds (I.e. none of us had to sleep on a twin). Our host was responsive to pre-trip needs, and day-of-arrival details and the home was well-stocked in the kitchen, paper goods, and beach/spa towels. We would go again!

Great Location. We loved access to the four bikes. It made getting around the local area very easy.

They were lotta extra amenities we did not expect that we’re really fun like a little cans of wine and fully stocked coffee with a Keurig machine. The rooftop had a great view of the ocean. We watch the Fourth of July from there and it was amazing. We could see about five shows. Buccaneer Café down the street it was amazing and my grandkids love buccaneer park. The best beach was the main beach by the pier and in Oceanside. They have all day parking right on the beach for $15 or you can just walk up the hill and there’s five dollar parking. Overall it was a lovely place to stay!

We had an incredible stay in San Diego and very much enjoyed our time at Sea Bluff. Jodi was excellent with communication and both check-in and check-out were seamless. The townhome was spotless on arrival, and stocked with all the amenities and kitchen utensils to make you feel right at home. The living space was generous with just the right coastal touches to make you feel like you were at a beach getaway. The neighborhood was lovely and proximity to SeaWorld, the zoo, airport and amazing beaches was so convenient. We will be back to San Diego and hope to stay here at again!

This house was amazing and as advertised! Jodi was upfront and honest from the jump, the check in and check out was painless! Jodi was very quick to respond with answers to any questions we had! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We have stayed in Del Mar, Del Mar Heights and Encinitas several times and this location made it easy to get in and out of the area. Check in was very easy and pre-arranged with security code that I created. The house was very clean and laid out nicely. Two bathrooms on both ends of the house with a great main room walk in shower! Main bedroom had huge sliding glass doors that exited out to the pool, hot tub and sitting area. Giant curtains that we closed at night that made the room very dark and enjoyable to sleep! All beds were very comfortable and I looked forward to sleeping after a long day of eating, working out, swimming, sitting in the hot tub and shopping. There was a total of three bedrooms, great beds with ample room. One room has a beautiful in the wall fish tank that if your a light sleeper might wake you up because of the pump…not a big deal and there is a curtain to cover the tank at night. Kitchen area is large with a large refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Large circular kitchen table to eat with several chairs. I would get a smaller table so it would be easier to walk past it. It’s not in your path to walk around house but it wax to big. Again, no issue just passing along a square table would be perfect. Living room area is nice with large couch and two smaller chairs. Sitting and watching tv was nice with the fish tank near by. Outside of the house is nice, hummingbirds fly around with a couple large crows. You can park a couple cars in the driveway and on the street. House is located at the end of a cul de sac and you do not bother anyone. Quiet area. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable and we played music, respectively, and had no issues. There were 3 of us and we had a ton of room. I paid to heat the pool and I’m not sure if I need to. Nice to swim in the pool and it was refreshing. I have to mention that the house is next to Camino Del Mar road, which you will hear cars with loud mufflers and racing from the intersection at Del Mar Heights Road…you don’t hear it in the house but sitting in the hot tub you will but only when people race or have loud mufflers. Did not bother me but wanted to mention it. It would not stop us from staying again. We did not use the outdoor grill and sitting area. This is a large area and at least 3-4 people could lay out to tan, drink and talk. Multiple people could sit and eat outside. Huge plus is the location. I walked/jogged to Torrey Pines. Restaurants everywhere. It was easy to drive into San Diego because you are close to 5 and can travel to Escondido in 20-25 minutes taking the scenic routes. I wish the house was on the side of a cliff or mountain for a better view but that is a personal preference. You will not be disappointed and as a family that has stayed at various Airbnb’s throughout the area we were very happy. Thanks and make the most of your time in Del Mar! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS HOUSE AND JODI! First of all this house has completely exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The views are spectacular. We watch the dolphins from our rooftop every evening. It’s a dream. The house comes with everything that you could possibly need. Jodi has been on top of literally everything making our stay as perfect as possible. She is so quick to respond and so friendly! If you’re ever in the area this is the house to book! You will not be disappointed! We would live here forever if we could ☺️

Wonderful place to stay for a family vacation! We travel to the Carlsbad area yearly for our family vacation and this has been our favorite home to date! The house is bigger than the photos show, rooms are large, kitchen is large, and it has multiple gathering spaces! The hosts are available if you need and also left a nice welcome gift of wine which was very much appreciated! Good Beach access generally takes a bit of driving, but in our opinion the home is worth it!

Perfect views and comfortable condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well equipped and spacious for 5 adults. Views are amazing! We could sit on the patio and watch the surfers and listen to the ocean for hours! The only “know before you go” is that there is very little beach here at high tide. But for our group that walked the beach early in the morning then surfed the rest of the day this wasn’t an issue. If you want sand play for littles all day long you’ll have to drive and park at one of the public beaches. We would definitely choose this beautiful condo again!

Well-Designed And Sized “Beach” House

Not right on the beach, but just a short walk away. Moonlight Beach and playground, nearby, is good for kids. Safe, gated neighborhood. Great location for our family, especially grandkids. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. It’s really close to LegoLand, and Disney is an easy drive. Handy to San Diego Airport as well. Overall, excellent location for adults and kids.

Amazing stay at perfect location

We loved every minute of our stay. Super clean, comfortable, spacious and had all of the amenities we needed for our family of four. The location is so ideal with beach and pool access without having to drive anywhere. We look forward to returning next year!

We stayed here for a week visiting family who live nearby. The house was comfortable and well equipped, with an incredible view of the ocean. It’s easy to get down to the beach. The beach is perfect for families and children. This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed!

The location of this condo is second to none! Right on the ocean with beautiful sunsets. And the condo itself is SO nice, comfortable and well done. Highly recommend!

We loved this unit, the view from the patio is amazing. Beach access is very near by. The unit had all the beach accessories needed for a perfect stay.

We had a group of 8 adults in the area for the weekend and this house was perfect for our needs. We barbecued on the rooftop deck on 2 of the evenings and there was ample space for everyone to eat in the main dining room. It was great to have several sleeping areas spread out throughout the home, but there could be a bit more privacy. One room is missing a door and the master bedroom has limited privacy due to no curtains on the window. This did not effect our stay, but it’s something that you should be aware of. Even though there was only one parking spot we never had any problem finding extra parking on the street. There are lots of outdoor areas to enjoy the great weather. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location, even better hospitality!

The house I stayed in was very cozy and cute. The location was very nice as well. From our balcony we were able to see dolphins morning and evening, which was neat. And obviously beach and ocean access was convienent, just be prepared to walk up and down the many steps!!

Seabluffe, Encinitas

We stayed August of 2017 @ Del Mar Oasis: The home is conveniently located to downtown Del Mar making getting to the beach, shopping, and dining options very easy. The home is well maintained. It took us a little while to figure out the individual a/c units which was necessary since San Diego was in the middle of a heat wave once we visited but once we got those working the home was comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this home.
